This free open source photo editor GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) looks like something very interesting. I understand it is almost like the expensive Photoshop and it also works in MAC computers and Linux as well as Microsoft Windows operating systems (cross-platform). With GIMP, you can create graphics and logos, resize and crop images, change colors, combine multiple images, remove unwanted image features, and convert between different image formats.
